Thank you for visiting faith community church
Our purpose is to help people find new life in Jesus. We are focused on helping individuals know God, walk in freedom, uncover their calling, and grow as disciples. We love the presence of God, we worship, we pray, we preach Jesus, and we teach from the Bible. We are in awe of the incredible work God is doing - right here in Quincy, throughout our region, and across the world! At FCC, we believe the local church is God's idea, and that He invites His people to live in genuine community with Him and with one another. We hope you will join us!
Quincy Faith Community Church is a non-denominational church body, but we believe accountability and encouragement are important. FCC is a member of Minister’s Fellowship International which “exists to facilitate and nurture meaningful relationships among member ministers, equipping and enabling them to be more effective in their callings, for the purpose of building and multiplying strong local churches around the world”.
We invite you to join us to celebrate what God is doing now and look forward to the future of God’s work in our church. We rejoice in God’s goodness, direction and purpose for His Church.
Faith Community Church was founded in 1990.As the church grew, it met in several locations around the city until finally, in 2008, FCC broke ground on its permanent home on 10th Avenue.
Pastor Jesse and Lynn Slusher faithfully led the congregation for 32 years. They helped raise up leaders and many sons and daughters in the Lord, as well as raising four children of their own. Pastors Jesse and Lynn love Quincy and continue to serve FCC as Associate Pastors.
In 2022, FCC set in Kyle and Melodi Slusher as Lead Pastors. Pastor Kyle and Melodi are both from Washington and are raising their four children in Quincy as they lead The Church.
In accordance with what Jesus said in Acts 1:8, "and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
Locally, FCC is committed to know and express the love of Jesus to Quincy and to honor, support, and be in community with the other local churches in the Quincy Valley.
Regionally, FCC supported the launch of Hope Church for Wenatchee in Wenatchee, WA.
Globally, FCC partners with missionaries across the world including Guatemala, Japan, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, and Zimbabwe.
